Frequently Asked Questions

1. Do you travel for destination weddings?

I most certainly do travel. Your quote will include all of my travel and expenses. There will be no hidden charges at the last minute. A slightly larger deposit will be required to allow for booking travel.

2. Do you help with planning our engagement session?

Yes I'm here to step in with helpful hints and send over planning guides which will help you get the best results.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

I always appreciate that life can be unpredictable. Given lots of notice of a cancellation I will try to refill your date. In this event I can offer a full refund.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

All of the above. You'll find everything you need in your private fully curated wedding gallery. If it's just digitals you'd like, they're provided in high res and low res formats. If it's prints you'd fancy, I have an online store available. And for albums I deal with several luxury wedding album suppliers. I'm happy to help you curate a beautiful collection.

5. Do you have a recommended videographer?

Yes I work alongside a very talented videographer, Chris Ford, who has the same working ethos. He is calm in his approach and very much detail focused throughout your day.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Of course you can, I'm always up for trying out whatever ideas you may have. I love when you're fully invested in the creative process.

7. Can we meet before the session?

Of course. We can meet in a variety of ways. In person, on a Zoom or WhatsApp call, at your venue even. It's always beneficial to build up a relationship before your big day.

8. How long till I receive the final photos?

Usually I'm right on this as soon as I get home from your wedding day. Your sneaky peek gallery will land in your inbox within around 24 hours and your final gallery is usually around 3 weeks.
